Hot off the wire from the Restart in Willow! Just talked to Pete and he is ready to hit the trail.

Here is the interview-

Official Start day is here! Team Kaiser is busily making final preparations for the race. There is still much work to be done. Pete and the team try to rest up a bit as they will be in full race mode until Nome, but prepping for a race is alot of busy work. It is also mentally challenging as Pete will try to put it all into perspective and already is strategizing how to put the race together.

We’ll see you there! Bring your signs and take photos of yourselves! We will also have a load of start line photos and such, so STAY TUNED!!

Here are a few photos from the Ceremonial Start trail and finish. The times are not even noted, as it is purely for show. It is truly exciting though and if you haven’t been, it is a must see on your bucket list.
